Within the USA, USPS and FedEx manage deliveries. For international orders, the delivery method may vary depending on the fulfillment center that processed the order.

Typical transit times within the US span between 3–7 business days.

Unexpected events like natural disasters, holiday rush, adverse weather conditions, among others, could potentially cause delays in delivery. Although most items are delivered within the predicted timeline, there could be unforeseen situations that delay our courier services. The onus of resolving any delivery issues falls on the shipping provider; therefore, we cannot assure a precise delivery time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Every transaction comes with a tracking service. The tracking details will be made available as soon as your items are dispatched. As our product sourcing team strives to bring the best quality goods at affordable prices, each product might be shipped from different fulfillment centers located globally.

Currently, we provide shipping services only within the United States.

Shipping Methodology:

Orders are usually dispatched between 3-7 days (Monday through Friday) via FedEx or UPS. For bulky items, we opt for LTL.

1–2 days (Monday–Friday) for processing

3–7 days (Monday–Friday) for delivery

Shipping to US Locations

We extend our shipping services to Washington, DC, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. P.O. Boxes, and U.S. territories. The shipping options available to you post-purchase will be determined by your shipping address.

Depending upon the weight, size, special packaging, or freight delivery of an item, separate shipping charges may be levied. Any combined or discounted shipping promotions do not apply to these delivery charges, which are explicitly mentioned on the products they apply to.

Minimum purchase requirements do not include gift cards, packaging, taxes, or previous purchases. Neither can these items be combined with the offer. To avail free delivery, eligible customers must select this option at checkout. The first ship-to address for the order can be any location within the US, including Puerto Rico. Selecting a different shipping method might lead to additional charges. Previous orders do not qualify for rebates. The offer is non-transferable and subject to change without prior notice. Shipments to foreign countries do not qualify.

Delivery Timelines:

Standard delivery should reach US addresses within 3 to 7 business days.

Deliveries are made directly to all addresses except for post office boxes. If you reside in a remote location, the nearest service center of our shipping partner may require you to pick up your product, or there might be additional delivery charges.

Delivery Status:

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

If a delivery confirmation email is not received immediately, please do not panic! We assure that the items will be delivered within the timeline mentioned at checkout, as long as we are informed of the delivery date or dates.

Order Modifications

Please get in touch with our customer service if you need to modify or cancel your order.

Incomplete Delivery:

For issues related to your shipment, we recommend reaching out to the carrier since we have no control over the package once it’s dispatched (once it’s in their custody). If your order was processed successfully but has not been delivered even though the tracking status indicates delivery, please let us know if the problem continues.
